What it costs

Hayl Charge takes 10% of what drivers pay, after VAT. Nothing up front, no monthly fee, and nothing at all in a week with no charging.

How it starts

  1. Tell us what you have. A phone call is usually enough.
  2. We set up your company, the split, and your bank account.
  3. Your chargers are added, stickered and tested.
  4. Drivers charge. You watch it live and are paid weekly.

Questions owners ask

Will my chargers work?
Any charger that speaks OCPP 1.6J, AC or DC, any brand. Send us the model and we confirm before you commit to anything.
Do I have to buy chargers from you?
No. Hayl Charge is software. We connect the chargers you already have.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. The sticker on the charger opens in the phone’s browser; they pay online with their bank or mobile money, or from their Hayl Charge balance.
What happens when a charger breaks?
You get a Telegram message, Hayl Charge tries a restart first, and you can switch off one broken connector while the other keeps selling.
What if the internet goes down?
Drivers tap their Hayl Charge card. Your charger keeps a list of the cards that have charged there and starts them on its own; the charge is billed to their balance once the connection is back.
Do you bring drivers?
Through car importers, whose buyers get Hayl Charge charging credit with their EV. Otherwise, we turn the people already at your site into paying drivers.
Can I leave?
Yes, with one month’s notice. There is no lock-in.
